Simulators and testing equipment

RT-LAB engineering simulators and testing equipment provide the most effective way to implement a model-based approach to design and testing. Working with MATLAB and Simulink, or MATRIXx and SystemBuild, they allow real-time simulations of dynamic systems to be quickly created and used throughout the design cycle – from initial concepts, to controller design, to test and validation using hardware-in-the-loop.

RT-LAB PC104 Rapid Prototyping Controller

A modular, compact and very robust, real-time, algorithm prototyping system based on industry-standard PC104 bus architectures and packaging for applications requiring hardened systems and extended ranges of operating temperatures

RT-LAB MX Station

Compact, portable and powerful mechatronics and power electronics control prototyping and HIL systems based on the new Intel Core 2 Duo processors, OP5000 Xilinx FPGA reconfigurable I/O boards and RT-LAB XSG FPGA development systems. Simulink models can be executed on Intel and Xilinx processors. The MX Station can be equipped with up to 5 FPGA boards and 128 fast I/O channels with integrated signal conditioning. Several MX Stations can be interfaced using fast real-time links.

RT-LAB HIL Box

Powerful HIL multi-processors and FPGA-based I/O chassis designed for tabletop or large rack-mounted HIL applications. HIL Box chassis can be equipped with standard single-board computer and ATX motherboard to accommodate up to 4 high-end, dual-core, AMD or Intel processors. Up to 7 OP5110 FPGA, signal converter and conditioning boards can be installed to control up to 192 I/O channels. Several HIL Box can be interfaced with InfiniBand, FireWire or SignalWire real-time links to implement very-large and powerful real-time PC clusters with distributed I/Os.
