High Voltage Interface Panel (HVIP) - OP8710

The OP8710 High Voltage Interface Panel (HVIP) has the capability to provide digital signals of up to 250 VDC to equipment external to the Opal-RT Simulator.

Software
DINAMO

DINAMO provides tools specifically designed for simulations in aerospace applications.

ORCHESTRA

Software framework for heterogeneous co-simulations, intended to work under real-time constraints.

RT-LAB Professional

RT-LAB, fully integrated with MATLAB/Simulink®, is the open Real-Time Simulation software environment that has revolutionized the way Model-based Design is performed. RT-LAB’s flexibility and scalability allow it to be used in virtually any simulation or control system application, and to add computing-power to simulations, where and when it is needed.

RT-XSG

RT-XSG enables engineers to generate custom, application specific models that can be implemented onto an FPGA device. Signal conditioning and conversion modules are also available that enable the custom model to be used for Real-Time Simulation, and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) data processing.

Note: RT-XSG software requirements can be found in the RT-XSG User Guide accessible from the documentation tab.

I/O Conditioning Modules
OP5251 - Opto-Isolated 32 Digital Inputs & 32 Digital Output Module

The OP5251 is a part of the OP5000 series of optional, versatile signal conditioning modules for Opal-RT’s state of the art HIL (hardware-in-the-loop) systems. Designed for Opal-RT’s simulation systems, the OP5251 provides digital input and output signals with specific voltage conditioning. The optical isolation of the OP5251 I/Os make it ideal for environments where voltage isolation is required.
It features 32 inputs and 32 outputs channels in a single Signal Conditioning module.

OP5252 - Opto-Isolated 64 Digital Output Module

The OP5252 is one of a range of optional versatile Signal Conditioning Interfaces for the Opal-RT Technologies state of the art HIL (hardware in the loop) systems (The OP5000 series). It is planned to be used where electrical decoupling, ground loop elimination is required or in high voltage environment where complete isolation is a must.
It features 64 outputs channels into a single Signal Conditioning module.

OP5253 - Opto-Isolated 64 Digital Inputs Module

The OP5253 is one of a range of optional versatile Signal Conditioning Interfaces for the Opal-RT Technologies state of the art HIL (hardware in the loop) systems (The OP5000 series). It is planned to be used where electrical decoupling, ground loop elimination is required or in high voltage environment where complete isolation is a must.
It features 64 inputs channels into a single Signal Conditioning module.

Systems
PC/104 Rapid Control Prototyping (RCP)

A modular, compact and very robust, real-time, algorithm prototyping system based on industry-standard PC104 bus architectures and packaging for applications requiring hardened systems and extended ranges of operating temperatures

RT-LAB Rapid Prototyping Controller's rugged enclosure is well suited for in-vehicle operation. Once flashed, RT-LAB Rapid Prototyping Controller boots up by itself in embedded mode, just like an automotive electronic control unit (ECU). While operating in embedded mode, RT-LAB Rapid Prototyping Controller's flight recorder can continue to log data to flash disk or hard drive, providing a solution for long-term data tracing, which facilitates field-testing.

RT-LAB Rapid Prototyping Controller is configured through the RT-LAB Main Control Panel, which runs on the host PC and features a simple graphical user interface based on the typical model development process. All frequently used functions are available through a single mouse click; there is no need to memorize command lines.

RT-Accelerator for xPC Target

RT-Accelerator for xPC Target is a high-performance xPC TARGET ™ based Control prototyping and HIL systems integrating Opal-RT's FPGA processor-based IO systems. RT-Accelerator for xPC Target can also be used to develop FPGA based models and signal processing function using RT-XSG and XILINX System Generator.

RT-LAB UAV Simulator

Turbine Engine Simulator

The RT-LAB Turbine Engine Simulator is a tightly integrated package of off-the-shelf PC components, ideal for the model-based design of a FADEC, turbine controller, or turbine engine simulation.

OP5600 off-the-shelf Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulator

The new OP5600 Chassis adds advanced monitoring capabilities and scalable I/O and processor power to OPAL-RT's line of real-time digital simulator systems including eMEGAsim, eDRIVEsim and eFLYsim.

Built using lower cost, high availability commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) components, the OP5600's modular and flexible design can be fully customized to meet specific I/O requirements and can be easily expanded as needed.
