Each box is constructed of 5052 H32 aluminum powdercoated in light grey finish and screened with black ink.
The overall dimensions for the 203 way box is 17.5" X 17.13" X 3"
The Box utilizes a total of (200) C&K 7101 locking toggle switch rated at 5A per circuit and it's locking design reduces the risk of accidently switching circuits to open or closed positions.
There are (3) APEM EN61058-1switches suitable up to 15A per switch.
Each circuit in the open position allows to user to interface to a direct connection to the circuit via standard Banana Jacks.
The connectors interfacing the breakouts are (6) EDAC 90 way - part number 516-90 which use Edac Crimps 516-294-571 rated at 8.5A.
Our Box allows a variety of connecting options, most commonly a 10' harness with Edac Connectors one end and the interfacing PCM Connectors on the other. With this design, a variety of pins may be utilized and customized to our customers specifications. Custom cables are manufactured in house.
The box is also offered in a 160 and 226 way versions.
The 160 way box does NOT offer higher amperage APEM Switches and uses (4) EDAC Connectors.
The box measures 14" X 17" X 3"
The 226 way box offers (2) higher amperage APEM Switches and uses (6) EDAC Connectors
The box measures 18.5" X 17.75" X 3"
