Using a time-step larger than the model fundamental sample time for Opal-RT IOs

RT-LAB actually allows IOs to run at a time-step that is a multiple integer of the model fundamental sample time.  Besides setting the Subsystem Sample Time/ Communication Sample Time in the Opcommon, a sample time must be specified in the OpSync block (as shown in the attached picture). The attached model is an example to use a time-step (TsIO) larger than the model fundamental sample time (Ts), where TsIO=2*Ts, This example also shows how to transfer RTE signals between two subsystems with different sample times using RTE Rate Transition Block.
