When there is a Firewire problem with RT-DEMO2 setting those user variables under:
Maincontrol--.Configuration--.User variables
would help to get more info about the problems.
OHCI_VERBOSE_INIT ON
OHCI_VERBOSE_RECV ON
OHCI_VERBOSE_SEND ON
